Wow, this was much better than the first two (and the spinoff) combined! Funny stuff happens if you press the pause button at random moments. If you press it before Steve says "Time for the quick-fire question round", it won't zoom in on his face, and if you pause when you see Guy talking, his head vanishes! Good stuff.
Haha, that was good... Just one question: How many secret outfits are there? I've only found two. Also, Alfred's mouth doesn't move during the surveillence camera part...
Nice story going on. I saw "elimination round", so I assume it's a tournament. Maybe it can crossover into other games like Tekken. King of the Iron Fist: Heihachi vs. Kirby! Or, you could place Master Hand and Crazy Hand there and do a seven-man/thing free-for-all. And then you could add some backgrounds to make it look like one of the SSB:M stages. With damage indicators and all!
